Jaenine Cortazar Rodriguez
With more than 15 years of experience across public schools, charter schools, and higher education, Jaenine brings a broad perspective to educational coaching and consulting. Her experience as a classroom teacher, reading specialist, literacy coach, adjunct faculty member, curriculum consultant, and ABA therapist allows her to understand education from multiple levels—from what happens inside the classroom to the systems that support educators and student achievement. Jaenine's approach combines reflection, data, instructional expertise, and practical action steps to help educators and organizations identify where they are, clarify where they want to go, and create a path forward.
Mission & Vision
We founded the Boston Literacy Ladies to address a nationwide need: teachers often work in isolation with limited professional development, coaching, or opportunities for reflective collaboration. Our mission is to change that by partnering with educators and school districts across the country to refine instruction, strengthen existing systems, and provide practical, individualized support. Whether teachers need help with scheduling, family engagement, classroom management, data analysis, or curriculum planning, we create customized coaching plans aligned with each educator’s goals.
The aim of the Boston Literacy Ladies is to bring joy back to teaching, reduce planning stress, and empower educators—one meeting at a time.
